Purpose of loan: I would like to pay off the high interest cards that I used in college. My financial situation: I used student loans to pay for college, but I had additional living expenses that my part-time job couldn't keep up with; so I used my credit cards. I am a real estate broker now raising a family. Our family made some sacrifices so that my wife could stay at home with our son (he just had his second birthday). Before we had our son we made preparations for not having her full time income. We own several rental properties (some of them on revolving credit, ie: equity line of credit). These properties help bring in extra income to supplement my full-time income. My only blemmish on my credit was in college I bought a stereo receiver on a credit card and missed two payments when I moved from my parents house to the dorm (this was 6 years ago), I haven't missed a payment since (including multiple rental units, my residence, 2 vehicle payments, & normal living expenses). Monthly net income: $ 9035.00 Monthly expenses: $ 4225.00 Housing: $ 2875.00 (5 total rental units included) Insurance: $ 200.00 Car expenses: $ 500.00 Utilities: $ 150.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100.00 Food, entertainment: $ Clothing, household expenses $ Credit cards and other loans: $ 400.00 Other expenses: $ |
