Purpose of loan: I am getting married in two weeks, and need to pay for wedding associated costs. Such as: hotel rooms, the reception, photos, the DJ, gas to get to the location, favors, the cake, linens, flowers and tuxedo rentals. My financial situation: I am a Captain serving in the U.S. Air Force. I am active duty, and on the side I work in real estate. I recently earned my real estate license, and in the first three weeks at my brokerage, I have two houses under contract. My commission on these two houses will be $3,697.50, and they will both close in September. However, as I mentioned, the wedding is in two weeks and we'll need to pay for everything on or before that day. I also own two houses, and will be listing one September 1 this year. To get a speedy sale, I'll price it right, and will net over $50K, not including my commission. My fiance` works full time as a dental assistant and office manager at a dentistry in town. My credit report reflects one delinquincy. It was a late motorcylce payment, I never received a bill, and when I realized it, I quickly paid the amount.
