Thanks for taking time to consider my loan request! Background: Hi my name is Tony and I have been an IT professional for twenty three years. I am a successful and responsible individual. I have a bachelor?s degree in Physics (1980) and a master?s degree in Computer Science (1985).Purpose of loan: To consolidate my revolving credit card balance and have some cash buffer to fund project I currently develop which provide a technical charting analysis for trading future commodity such as CME livestock (live cattle and lean hog). Here are the high interest cards I will payoff with this loan: City Financial $7500 @24% Wells Fargo $4800 @23% Target Mater $3900 @23%My financial situation: I have a very stable job and have worked fulltime at my current employer for over eleven years (1991-1996, 2002-current). I love my job and earn good income ($105,800 in 2006, $108,500 expected in 2007). My credit history (23 years) is excellent. I never have a late payment nor default or delinquency. The project I am developing now is expected to give me $2000 extra income monthly.Monthly net income (Regular W-2 job): $5500 - $1000 (401K saving) = $4500Monthly expenses: Rent+utility: $500 ( I share house with my sister) Car+gas: $230 (I commute with DC Metro subway) Metro subway: $120 Cell phone: $48 Food & entertainment: 150 (My living style is simple and frugal) Credit cards and other loan: $1600 Total expenses: $2648Cash flow: $4500 (work) - $2648(regular expenses) = $1852As you can see, I have $1852 left over to pay Prosper. Plus I have put $1000 a month toward my 401K saving portfolio (total as of today, $115,000). I can always take loan from this saving in case of emergency?s. I promise that payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically take payments from my account each month so that my payment will be made on time.Thank You.< |
