Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to start and incorporate a residential real estate investment business. I have always wanted to own a business and would like to get started on make my first purchase. We are going to only purchase homes less than $50,000 that will need cosmetic cleaning only and will either sell or rent it out. I am a civil engineer and also a real estate broker. I think my education and real estate knowledge will help me tremendously. My financial situation: I have been with my current employer now for 8 years. I have always been on time with payments. I only have been delinquent on one medical bill (only $99) which to be truthful I forgot about when dealing with my sick child when she was born (she has a disability and had to have open heart surgery at 3 months old).
