Greetings and thank you for checking out my listing. My first loan is paid off and it helped a lot, thank you lenders! I?ve gotten most of the DQs removed from my credit report. The last two are being researched and will be off soon.

My financial situation

I feel very fortunate. I?m currently working full time for a great company, my position there is secure.

This fall I?ll be a part-time student, the money will go to associated educational costs and to consolidate a couple personal loans that were made to me a couple years ago during a break in employment. The working adults program I'm registered for \ has been around for a long time at a college here in Berkeley. It's designed to jump start college by allowing students to achieve a junior standing at most California Universities.I'm pretty excited about it.

By state law I have to borrow a minimum of $2,551 to get an interest rate over 18%. I chose the minimum so lenders would get a return on investment.

Paying off my other Prosper.com loan was my first priority. Paying off a second loan will also be my first priority.

My transportation costs are low because I take transit here in the bay area. It?s a dream. No traffic jams, not accidents, no stress.. I spend about $150 a month on BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). When I?m not on a train I?m on foot or in a cab, but mostly on foot. It?s much easier and cheaper to live this way here.

After all expenses are paid I have $ 1319 left over, which is sufficient to cover a payment for this loan amount.
