Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am a honest & dependable man, husband, and father. At this time, I am currently contesting items (DQ's) on my credit report that are inacurrate and one that is currently being resolved through my health insurance co. I have no c/c debt. I pay cash for everything or use my Visa/Debit card. I am working hard to re-establish my credit and clean it up, and keep it clean. I realize this all takes time, but it is worth it and I am very determined to make it happen. My mortgage for some reason is not showing up on my credit report, however I have requested through my mortgage co. for this to be corrected and reported. I am sure my credit rating will be higher after they report all my payments. Yet as you will see my home has been verified as well as my account. I am able to make our monthly bills and the current mortgage payment but I did get a little behind due to a family emergency.I am a hard working man, and work fulltime.I also just received a $400 raise. I am currently looking for a part-time second job to increase our income further and to get further ahead. I am currently looking into freelance writing as this I enjoy. I have goals and I am deteremined I will reach them. If needed I can supply proof to all of the above info.I now need a little help to get out of this situation and improve my credit, and put aside some $ for emergencies. I am not asking for a handout, but a professional loan. Additional info on me and my situation can be found in my profile. I would use the Prosper Loan $1250.00 to pay off the following debts: $1225.00 - MORTGAGE <-- HSBC 25.00 PROSPER LENDING FEE --------------- $1250.00 - Total amount of Debt to pay off My current monthly net income is $2720. Monthy Gross income $3200.00 w/ my new raise. Proof on request. Monthly expenses: $ 2244.00 Housing: $ 981.00 Flood Insurance: $ 133.00 Car expenses: $ 150.00 Utilities: $ 80.00 (I currently have a credit of approx $47.00) Phone, Dish network, internet: $ 100.00 Food, entertainment: $ 500.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 150.00 Insurance (house & cars) : $150.00 As you can see, I have over $476.00 per month (with new raise)left over to be used for my Prosper Payment, for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again, and so I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by being behind on my house payment. I have learned my lesson and want to make sure that we always have emergency funds to cover this.I promise that my payments to Prosper will be a top priority and I will make my first payment immediatly upon funding clearing by Prosper. This will put me ahead by 30 days so I am never late. My payments will be by automatic withwithdrawl to insure every lender is paid in a timely manner. I also agree to give my GL all my contact info and upon his discretion he may share this with every lender who bids on my loan so if they would like to contact me for any reason they my do so. I will guarentee that it won't be necessary to contact me,because I was late. I hope you will assist me in this loan.
