Purpose of loan:
To consolidate some debt I accrued while running my own sales and marketing business.  I graduated from The University of Rochester in May 2004 and for 2 years ran my own business, it was great experience however not very profitable.  I used my credit cards to pay for advertising and living expenses.  That is why I am here.

Currently I have:
USAA     9200 @ 0%        min 92
USBank  4000 @ 12.14%  min 100
CitiBank  2000 @ 12.49 % min 45
HSBC      pif each month
BoA         0 balance

This loan will pay off the USBank and CitiBank cards.  As you can see the rates are not that high, I am just sick of having the credit card debt and paying interest to the greedy credit card companies.

My financial situation:
With the experience of running my business, I landed a great sales job last year and was just promoted (in less than a year) to Annapolis, MD.  I have paid back over 10K in debt over the last year and expect to pay off atleast that much again this year.  As you can see I have never been late or missed a payment, I take my credit history very serious.  This loan will also add to my credit diversity which I believe will increase my credit score.  My goal is to get my credit score in the 750+ range in time for me to buy a condo on the water in the next 18 months.

Also my job is salaried, not commission, prosper however does not have a Sales-Salary tab, just an fyi!

Monthly net income: $ ~4500 after taxes, 401k, insurance and ESPP, I am also paid bi-weekly so two months a year I get an extra paycheck, this is not figured in here

Monthly expenses: $ 3486
  Housing: $  1390
  Insurance: $  110 (101 car, 9 renters)
  Car expenses: $  900 (520 payment, 380 gas & tolls)
  Utilities: $ 60
Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 (cell 70, vonage phone 30, cable 50, internet included with apartment)
  Food, entertainment: $  400
  Clothing, groceries & household expenses $ 175
  Credit cards: $ 250
  Student Loan @ 3.125%: $ 51

As you can see I have over $1000 a month,(and 2 months with over $3000), left over to make my payments.  I expect to make payments in the 400- 500 range and to pay this loan off in a year to 18 months.

I also have:
401K       ~3500
Roth IRA  ~2000
Savings    ~750
Prosper   ~325

These could be used in case of emergency to make any payments if needed, I would rather leave them untouched.

I thank you for your time and your bids!
