Purpose of loan: The loan will be used to replace and upgrade office equipment like computers, computer storage and phone system. Also a portion of the money will go to my home office for new floor and desk. Financial Situation: I have had a excellent rating since 1987 and have a solid cash reserve, IRA, 401k and income property with 2 seasoned investors. Also my wife of 19 years works full time and has a solid credit rating and reserves. There is very little risk to this loan because I have 4 times the reserves to back the loan. At this time I would rather borrow the money and leave the cash reserves for another 2 years.
