Purpose of loan: As a teacher, I continually go to school and learn about new trends in education that I could bring back to the classroom. Part of this loan will be for educational purposes--masteral classes,credential classes and other trainings needed. I also just bought a home and need part of the loan for home improvement. This loan would be really helpful in maintaining the 30 year old kitchen. I also need to consolidate my loans so that I could concentrate on paying them down in one bill. My financial situation: I have always paid my bills on time and as a tenured teacher, my income is steady and sure. As an individual, I always make sure that I am responsible for all bills due me. In the future, I would like to buy another home, so I want to make sure I really have a good credit record and also make sure I handle my finances well. I also do babysitting jobs for friends and family to augment any expenses I have. I spend wisely and only buy things that are necessary.
