Purpose of loan: Thanks for considering my loan! My name is Ryan and I am one of the top personal bankers in a large national bank. I am married with two daughters and another one on the way. I own my primary residence in Salem and a rental property in Fargo, North Dakota. We will be installing a new gas hot water furnace along with some other minor repairs on the rental property we own in North Dakota. I had a furnace guy look at the furnace and he said it is less than 50% efficient. Replacing it would save me as much as $400/month during the winter. The other repairs needed are a couple low spots in the parking lot that retain water and a rotting soffit in one spot. My financial situation: Great! I have enough income to meet my immediate needs. I have no late payments on my credit history and you can be rest assured that there NEVER will be! My credit score is a little lower than it should be due to several inquiries (I recently purchased a car and a house and have been trying to get financing for these repairs). The $55,000 credit card balance reporting is a little misleading - $40,000 of that is a HELOC on my primary residence that is reporting as a revolving debt on Experian, so the actual credit card debt is only about $15,000. I am having trouble getting financing secured by the rental property because of the sub-prime lending crunch.
