PASSED BAR EXAM IN CALIFORNIA 2006 I finished law school in December 2005. I took the Bar in Feb-06 (California). I passed the bar and I am now a licensed attorney in California. Furthermore -- attached is a picture of my diploma. LAW SCHOOL DEBT - CONSUMER DEBT I currently have large law school debt. Additionally, while I have several credit cards, the vast majority (>80%) of the cards are at 2-3.xx%. One card, however, is at 19% -- and the card simply won?t negotiate. I owe ~$6,100 on that card. DEBT-INCOME RATIOS - IN POST LAW SCHOOL WORLD I have no delinquencies. I've always paid my bills on time. My credit score is simply brought down by abnormal debt-to-income ratios which occur immediately after graduation and before the first job. REPUTATION eBay and eMove I have had an account on eBay for six years. I have a rating of 98.5% positive. My eBay ID is TKLEFF. See attached photo. eMove Reputation: I also maintain a part-time business as a mover at eMove. I suspect I will earn a few thousand dollars from moving this summer. See attached photo from reputation screen (4.9 out of 5). BarBri Grader I?m a BarBri grader as well. We are paid piecemeal. $3 per essay and $5 per performance test. I expect to earn at least $1,000 from this endeavor between 06-08-06 and 07-10-06. I believe I?ll be paid in the middle of July. EDUCATION I went to the Berklee College of Music for undergrad [alumni relations: 617-747-2236]. I then went to Southwestern University School of Law. [Registrar: 213-738-6734.] My name is on the pass list for the February 2006 Bar Exam [See, http://members.calbar.ca.gov/exam/]. EMPLOYMENT I already have a legal job (as a paid law clerk) in a government office (the LA district attorney?s office). My group leader is welcome to call and confirm. I will also provide a photograph of a recent paystub. I currently earn ~$40,000 per year from that job. I also earn ? best estimate ? an additional $5,000 per year from: a) eBay sales; b) grading exams; c) playing music in a cover band [drums]; d) moving on eMove (emove.com ? I run Mover?s Galore). I expect that to increase to $55,000 per year (at minimum) after I gain my first legal job.
