Purpose of loan:
Loan request at the maximum interest rate allowed.

The purpose of this loan is to consolidate high interest credit card debt that I incurred when my new home was constructed a year ago and it exceeded projected cost by  $20,000. After a battle with the builder I had to pay these expenses on my own and at the time my only option was credit cards. Now the house is complete and we have enjoyed it for almost a year! I know that using the credit cards was a mistake, but at the time I felt it was all I could do.

My financial situation:
I believe that I am a good candidate for repaying this loan because of my recent credit and employment history. I have worked as an elementary teacher for the same district for 5 years and during that time I have not had any negative credit issues. The public record listed is for a bankruptcy that happened due to my divorce.  It was discharged in 5/2002.  Any negative marks on my credit report were included in the bankruptcy.  I have worked hard to rebuild my credit since and I can guarantee that I will not do anything to compromise it.  These high balances are really affecting my credit score.  Also, I am currently half-way through the completion of a Master's Degree in School Admin.  and I will be pursuing National Board Cert. this school year.  I will certainly have potential to increase my income a substantial amount in a few short years. If you have any questions please ask.

Monthly net income:  $2241 salary & $1200/month child support (have received for 7 years and will continue another 8 years) I will also be receiving a slight raise in September~~I do not know the exact amount yet.  $3441 Total Net Income

Monthly expenses: $2408
Housing: $ 1415.00 (includes taxes & ins)
Insurance: $ 48.00  (car)
Car expenses: $ 140.00 (gas)
Utilities: $ 200.00
Phone, cable, internet: $ 100.00
Food, entertainment: $ 300.00
Clothing, household expenses $ 50.00
Credit cards and other loans: $ 90 (cards not included in consolidation)
Other expenses: $ 40.00

Cash Flow available after listed expenses:  $1033

I will be consolidating the following bills into one easy to manage payment:

Merrick Bank: $2700@24%
First Premier: $1000@22%
Orchard Bank: $1100@23%
Retail Services: $1800@24%
Direct Merchants: $1800@20%

I would also like to use the additional few hundred dollars to purchase a trumpet for my daughter instead of continuing to rent one.

Thank you for viewing my listing and thank you to all who previously bid~~I hope you will bid again!
