Purpose of loan: I have tried the lending side of Prosper, issuing $1,000 to borrowers already. I plan to use the full amount of this loan to bid on additional Prosper loans and increase my lending capabilities. My financial situation: I'm a finance student in progress of my MBA with a remarkable understanding of investments, lending, and money flow. I have a secure backing with over $20,000 in personal investments of my own. I live with a roomate to minimize housing costs where my rent portion is only $450 a month and I have no car or insurance payments. I'm working full time for Prestige Acura, a local dealership that fuels my passion for cars. I'm going to school at night and have been working here for almost a year. I have absolutely no debt (no car loans or student loan debt remaining). If you are looking for a low risk Prosper loan to fund, this may be your loan. I HAVE NO DELINQUENCIES IN THE LAST 9 YEARS. I do use my credit and debit cards for regular expenses, but only to take advantage of card rewards and the online record keeping that they provide. The cards are paid off every month, so that I do not carry a balance from one billing cycle to the next. My cash situation is currently around $2,000 in checking and/or savings and $6,000 in a liquid money market fund. Monthly net income: $4,800 Comission Sales.
