Four years ago, I began the process of rebuilding my credit rating because of outstanding college debt. I would like to fully rebuild my credit and to apply for a home loan in the next two years

PURPOSE OF LOAN
I would like to consolidate two high interest credit cards.

MY FINANCIAL SITUATION
I have paid all of my credit card bills on time for the past 5 years. I have not had any derogatory marks on my credit report in this time. I work at a non-profit but unfortunately after 9/11 the foundation went through tough financial times and my income has not increased in the last three years. 

DEBT
Orchard MasterCard $1500
Wings Visa $ 2000
Total amount of debt $3500
Monthly Payment $120

MY SALARY
My current monthly net income is $ 2200

My monthly budget with the Prosper loan in place as of October 1, 2007 will be:
Rent  $400
Insurance $119
Car expenses $350
Phone $55
Food $300
Household expenses $100
Credit cards $200
Prosper Loan $110

Total Monthly Budget $1634

After helping my friend who presently resides with me and who has just gone through a divorce.  I am planning to move with a friend to begin saving money and pay off my Prosper loan. This move in October will reduce my rent by $400 plus utilities by $125.  I will be able to apply this money towards my loan. I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month. I will not make a mistake with this opportunity to continue rebuilding my credit.
