Purpose of loan: Looking to refinance and consolidate debt to minimize monthly payments. My financial situation: My financial situation began after having bought my house. Prior to buying my house I shopped around for mortgage loans like you would'nt believe and later convinced myself that my current loan was the most affordable and reasonable. However, it's taken me 2 years to realized that I got myself into a lot more debt than I had bargained for. Although I have never been late on my mortgage, bills, nor any other loans, I feel as though I can be in a better situation. So I started looking into refinancing and after analyzing so many different offers and prelimanary quotes, I was finally convinced by a direct lender, Bank of America. The only bump I ran into is that my appraisel came back slightly higher than my Principle - not enough to cover closing cost and consolidate some of the debt. I hope that when you make your decision to place a bid you take into consideration the consistency of my on time payments proven by my credit report, along with the stability I've had in both of my jobs. I also live w. my spouse who does support me w/ the mortgage, bills, and expenses. If given the opportunity, you will find that you have selected a very responsible borrower. Thank you, Ame' |
