Hi - I am a 30 yr old mother of 2 year old twin girls.  My husband is an OTR truck driver and I am a stay at home mom.  My husband and I have run into a bump in the road.  We just paid off our vehicle only to have the transmission go out among other things that are wrong with it.  We were told it would be better for us to get a good used vehicle rather then fix our current vehicle.  Our vehicle is a 97 plymouth voyager with 172,000 miles on it.  This is the only vehicle that we own so with having 2 small children a vehicle is a necessity.  We would like to go into a dealership with a good down payment for a newer vehicle.  This is where this loan would help us.    My husbands yearly income is roughly $48,000 and he brings home about $1,000 a week depending on his milage for the week.  It can vary week to week because of milage.  Our monthly expenses include:

Rent - $721.00
Utilities - $150.00
Cable/Internet - $128.00
Car Insurance - $174.57
Phone - 125.00
Student Loans - $250.00
Credit Cards - $100.00
Groceries - $300.00
Gas - $80.00

This amounts to be $2028.57 and my husband brings home about $4000 a month.  We would have no problem paying off this loan or even paying it off early.  I take care of all the finances in the house so I am always on time and sometimes early with payments.  Having this loan will also help us reastabilish our credit as we would like to own our own home. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. I would be willing to pay a higher interest rate but my state won't allow me to. The 24.75% is the highest my state will allow.  Thank-you for reviewing my listing and feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
