Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay down my Capital One credit card that I was tapping into for a recent kitchen remodel. I would also like to begin lending on prosper as I consider it is an ideal investment tool. My financial situation: I have an excellent credit history and credit score. My FICO is approaching 800 which gave me a AA prosper rating. I have a single digit DTI that enables me to fulfill all financial obligations. I have a secure career and have worked in the same industry for the past 20 years. I see this as a great opportunity for Prosper lenders to be able to balance their risk.
