This is basically a re-list.  I have been able to sell my 17" Powerbook G4 for $1330 and my iMac for $1750.  I have sold some other small items such as my Wireless Mouse, Wireless Keyboard and Canon Printer.  I am re-listing for $2000 as this is a little less than the amount that I ended up buying my new MacBook Pro for.  Any help, questions or suggestions on this listing will be greatly appreciated.  I plan on paying this loan back within a year and then plan on re-listing for a larger amount once my credit has improved.

Purpose of loan:
Pay off a credit card which I put my new MacBook Pro on.  I currently own 1 Mac.  I had an Intel iMac(1 year old), a MacBook Pro (1 year old) and a 17" Powerbook G4 (3 years old).  If I am approved here, I plan on selling all of my Macs and using the money to pay off high credit card debt.  I will then use the money received here (at a lower interest rate) to buy a newer, faster Mac (which I have just bought).  I live both in New York and Brazil.  Therefore, I can sell the old Macs for a very good amount.  I have the MacBook Pro listed for $2060 and it looks like it will be sold within the next few days.

My financial situation:
I am currently self-employed and have been since 1999.  I have a fixed income of $5000.00 after taxes which I receive from a stipend.  I am not taking money out of my business at this present time.

My business is within the realm of marketing.  I own an agency with a partner which sets up marketing strategies for small to medium sized businesses.  We also organize seminars, trade shows and musical presentations.  My business is showing a profit at this time, however, we are reinvesting in order to help it grow as much as possible.  We currently have a data-base programmer, a web designer, a html coder, 2 graphic designers and a secretary.  I also sell on both eBay and MercadoLivre.  My eBay account is: awbainc  and my MercadoLivre account is: vitoriaja .

This loan will be paid off with automatic transfers made to Prosper on a monthly basis.

Monthly net income: $ 5000.00

Monthly expenses: $ 4100.00
  Housing: $ 600.00
  Insurance: $ 150.00
  Car expenses: $ 200.00
  Utilities: $ 200.00
  Phone, cable, internet: $ 500.00
  Food, entertainment: $ 400.00
  Clothing, household expenses $ 300.00
Credit cards and other loans: $ 1250.00 (This amount will be lowered by the sale of my Macs. I pay much more than the min.)
  Other expenses: $ 500.00

Conclusion:

This loan will help me to not only get a better, faster computer in order for me to further my work but will also reduce my total debt by approximately $2500 and my high interest debt by about $5000.  I am absolutely sure that I can make pay back this loan with on-time payments and would like to pay it off early in order to improve my reputation and credit score.  If the future, I would like to get a single loan with a good rate to pay off all of my high interest debt.  Your help, big or small, is greatly appreciated.

Negatives on Credit:
The delinquents were in 2005 when I owned a Brazilian granite export company. The company had problems and I was left to clean up the pieces.  I paid off more that $20,000 in 4 months.
The public record was for my 1999 taxes which my accountant had forgotten to file.  I have dealt with this with the IRS and have was told that this would be removed more than 2 years ago.
