Purpose of loan: I will be using this loan to purchase a used RV, I am buidling a new home in Northern Virginia and would like to occupy the land while construction takes place (All the way through Jan). My lease expires AUG 31st,so I would like to make it happen quickly. I have shopped around, and have found good RV's in the 4000-5000 range that would suit my needs. My financial situation: I work full time and have a great job, I commute to work daily, and am excited about becoming a home owner, and also about buying an RV to have fun with once my house is built Monthly net income: 4200 a month net Monthly expenses and cash flow before: Housing: 1345 Utilities: 125 Phone, cable, internet: 30 Food, entertainment: 400 Other expenses: School Loans: 600, Gas: 200 Current Bills: 2700 a month Cash Flow 4200-2700= 1500 Monthly expenses and cash flow after: Housing: 0 (Ill have moved out of my apartment) Utilities: 50 (Small hook up fees for the RV) Phone, cable, internet: 30 Food, entertainment: 400 Other expenses: School Loans: 600, Gas: 200 Prosper Loan: 165 Current Bills: 1445 a month Cash Flow 4200-1280 = 2755 (An Actual INCREASE in Cash Flow) |
