Purpose of loan: I am looking to purchase a new color printer, scanning equipment and pay down some high interest credit card debt. My financial situation: This is my 2nd time using propser and I have found this resource to be much more helpful than the traditional banks. I have made a committment to get out of consumer debt within the next 36 months, as I am tired of paying the credit carrd companies such so much interest. With this savings on finance charges I can save more for my retirement and also build up a better emergency cash cushion. I am looking to purchase a new color printer, scanning equipment and pay down some high interest credit card debt. I have been in the insurance and financial services field for 22 years. My primary carrier is one of the oldest and financially sound insurance company's in the US and I have been a career agent with them for 22years. My primary practice is working with indiviudals and small business owners in the area of risk management and wealth accumulation as it relates to life insurance, disability insurance and health insurance along with retirement and estate planning. We specialize in being a resource center for our clients and being pro-active in the development, implementation and monitoring of our clients goals and objectives as it relates to investment objective, risk tolerance and time horizon. I have lived in the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area for 22 years. I am very active in my community and understand the concept of service above self. I have been a rotarian for 4 1/2 years and currently serve as prsidenet of our club. I am very involved in my community and professional groups associted with my industry and community organizations. Monthly gross business income: $21,687.00 (YTD) Monthly Business Expenses: $6,258.00 Monthly Household Expenses: $7,000.00 Credit cards and other loans: $2,500.00 I am a good canidate for this loan as this is the 2nd time I have used prosper. I paid my Propser loan off in 18 months, many times making extra payments. I am also a lender with Prosper helping other individuals and business owners in their quest to get out of debt or grow their business. The concept of people to people lending is a great way for individuals to come together and help each other with their personal goals and objectives as it relates to managing debt. This method of lending has been a huge benefit to my small business in growing my practise and managing my cash flow and reducing my debt. Propser is a tool I tell many of my prospects and clients who have found themself in a credit squeeze with their consumer credit debt. Propser is a tool for people who think they have no other resource other than the credit card companies. In my opinion it is time to stand up and say no to the over zealous rates the credit card companies charge consumers. One dollar over the limit, and they charge you $39, even when the charge was their finance charge assement. Too me, this is out rageous and it has come to my mind, that the only way to win in managing debt is to eliminate the consumder credit card finance choice, pay cash or be your own bank.
