Purpose of loan: To pay off high interest credit cards so my credit score will be higher and when my mortgage penalty is over in Feb.2008 I can refinance with better rate which will save me over $2000 a month and we can also use the money for advertisement for our growing auto glass business. My financial situation: I am a responsible mom. I also take care of my retired parents. Our company is growing. We have several companies contracted with us. With the advertisement, we can get more companies and customers. My husband have been doing auto glass replacement for 20 yrs and when he open his own business, he has company that follow him and use his service, so he has some loyal customers. Monthly net income: $ 10,000 (between me, my husband and rental) Monthly expenses: $ 7,240 ===$2760 left over ($1000 to prosper loan) leaving me $1760. When I refinance in Feb.2008 I will have $3760 left over. Housing: $ 5290 Insurance: $ 400 Car expenses: $ 0 (all 4 cars are paid off ) Utilities: $ 400 Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 300 Credit cards and other loans: $ 500 a month from all the cards Beneficial=$7200=will be paying off by prosper loan. Chase=$3000=will be paying off by prosper loan. Citicards=$4000=will be paying off by prosper loan. The remaining balance will be for advertisement, flyers, tools and business cards |
