Purpose of loan: After renting for 5 1/2 years, I would like to purchase a home that I can claim as my own. My realtor/friend suggested that I get rid of all my debt first and then start saving....which I agree. Therefore, I would like to payoff my high-interest credit cards. My financial situation: Since I work in an accounting department, I always make sure that I'm on time with my monthly payments; I've never been more than 2 days late. Right now, I'm working two jobs (9am-5pm & 7pm-12am) to make ends meet. Paycheck-to-paycheck is how I'm handling things but I would like to start saving along the way. I just need a little jumpstart!
