Purpose of loan: I plan to use the proceeds of this loan to fund a private investment that a classmate of mine brought to my attention. The only reason I need the loan is because all of my cash is tied up in other investments (BUT I HAVE NO DEBT). I have a very high credit rating, on my way to AA with no delinquencies ever in my credit history and very strong cash flow. The only reason that I'm not AA is because I graduated 2 years ago and had no prior credit history. My financial situation: I gross $6,259 a month in salary from my job on Wall Street, plus a year end bonus of between 30-50k. I have liquid assets (stocks) valued at ~50k- part of the reason I am borrowing is so that I don't have to liquidate any of these assets. I have NO OTHER LOANS OR DEBT (including no student loans), and consistent cash flow of $4,400 a month. There is virtually no risk of me defaulting as my current liquid assets exceed by loan value by almost 5x. I also have an economics degree from Dartmouth (Ivy league), so the risk of me losing my income stream through unemployment is virtually nill.
