Purpose of loan: I will be using the loan to jump start a new wing of my business. I have been presented with a business opportunity that will double if not triple the business that I am doing. A lot of people think that Real Estate is a dying business. Everyone sees that the market is down, but that is not true. The market is Fantastic for Buyers. The program that I am attempting to start would gross over 1000 new buyers a month into my business with potential for more. I have talked to other agents using the system and they have given it RAVE reviews. Some have even abandoned their other marketing campaigns for this one. This is a business venture, its success is my lively-hood. I am an ARMY Veteran and have never failed anything in my life. I am not going to start now. My financial situation: This is not an investment for an individual it is for a business venture. Its success is my lively hood. You may have noted the two delinquencies on my credit profile. Please also note the amount delinquent is $0. I have contacted Experian about this already. The last delinquency I had was in 2003 while I was deployed to IRAQ. It was an issue with the mail (delivery to a military unit while deployed can take up to 5 weeks) I contacted the company once I returned, and with a letter from my commander they were happy to remove the blemish. It does not show on my credit report. Nor do the two delinquencies mentioned above.
