Purpose of loan: The purpose of the loan is to invest in real estate, currently the foreclosure market is booming and is full of opportunities with those who know how to take advatange of a slow market and problems with the subprime sector. I buy houses from the lender at discounted prices as low as 50% of the fair market price. With the current conditions the market for the foreclosure has grown rapidly and in order to take advantage of this opportunity I need this loan to put as down payment for at least 2 properties. Since I buy properties at below market value, the risk is very low with great returns! My financial situation: Financially I'm stable, the reason for this loan is to be able to obtain more properties with a great amount of equities. This money will strictly be used for that purpose.
