Hi. The little devil you see in the picture (and one not pictured) will be going with me on a small vacation at the end of the month. I could take the money out of savings, but I thought I'd try out Prosper as a borrower. We may buy a car in the near future, and this is a "trial run" for me to see if I might want to use Prosper to fund that purchase.
I am a professional with a Master's degree, have been continuously employed in I/T in the 10 years since I graduated (4 years at my current job), make a good salary, have sterling/spotless "AA" (over 760 FICO according to Prosper) credit and not much debt. I will likely pay this loan off early, probably well before the end of this year. This is a very low risk proposition for you. Bidding starts at 10% but my hope is that it will go lower.
