Hello, and thank you for looking at my loan request. I am 29 years old. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 10 years and we have two beautiful boys ages 7 and 3. Activities that our family enjoys doing together included Kempo Karate, camping, fishing and playing board games. I also enjoy scrapbooking and paper crafting using rubber stamps. I sell some of the stuff I make on eBay but it is more of a hobby than and income stream.

My husband and I are in the process of rebuilding our credit after filing for bankruptcy in 2004. After 9/11 it took about a year for the slow economy to really hit the Transportation Industry. I work on a commission basis and that year I made $12,000.00 less then I usually make. We also had just bought our first house and became pregnant (unexpectedly) with our second son. As a result we had to file bankruptcy to get a fresh start. We had been doing very well until our youngest son became sick last winter. Twice he had severe croup and had to go into the hospital for breathing treatments and observation. We have health insurance but it was still very expensive. The Hospital required us to pay off the entire balance in 6 months. We took out two payday loans to take care of the balance, but have had a hard time getting out from underneath them.

$859.00 Amount left over for emergency?s

We own our own home in Washington State and have very steady income. My husband works for MacKay Manufacturing as a machinist. He has been working the graveyard shift there for 3 years. He has been a machinist for 8+ years. I work as a Transportation Broker for Advantage Logistics, Inc. and have been with the company for almost 7 years. I am the ?middle man? between Maufacturers and Trucking Companies. I sell the freight to the truck for less then I charge the Manufacturer and I receive a commission on the difference. For the past 3 years I have averaged $3250.00 per month before taxes. Each year my income has increased but I use $2300.00, a low average to figure my budget incase I have a slow month. My husband brings home $2550.00 net. I bring home $2300.00 net. As you can see, I have over $859.00 left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have learned my lesson.

I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I'm not about to make a mistake with this opportunity to start rebuilding my credit.
