Purpose of loan: I am a Prosper lender with 40 loans active (15%+ average interest rate). I am looking to expand into borrowing to loan to Prosper members. I have access to fairly large lines of credit from banks, but I believe in the Prosper model and would like to try the borrowing side here. I am a cautious investor, so I would like to start small and see if it works as I have calculated. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: AA credit rating with no blemishes....I will keep it that way so I can get the best possible rates when I borrow. I am a full time anesthesiologist (you can Google income averages) and will use my cash flow from Prosper to make the payments. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from my account. My income is actually higher than the $20,000 a month declared but the $20,000 will be reported on my W-2 and the rest on a K-1 (which Prosper does not seem to accept as documentation). Prosper already has my paystub, W-2, K-1 and last years tax return from an earlier loan that they cancelled without an explanation.
