Purpose of Loan:

I am seeking this loan to consolidate funeral expenses and credit card debt of my husband who passed away a little over two months ago. I want to be able to pay this off as quick as possible and have only one payment so I can continue my healing process and not worry about financial issues. I have a good credit history and have never had a late payment. I am also looking to use some of the funds borrowed to reinvest in Prosper because it's something my husband wanted to do but never had the chance to do.

Funeral Costs including Headstone - $3,875
    Jim's Credit Card Debt                    - $6,750
    Remaining Prosper Invest $            - $ 1,375

My financial situation:

I am the manager of a retail store, earn $45,000 yr and have been there for over 11 years. My other income includes a monthly pension payment and social security payment as benefits from my late husband which I will receive for the rest of my life .

Monthly net income: $5,400

Jim's Pension - $2600 mo lifetime payment from company

Debts

    Chase Credit Card - $3,551 @ 8.6% - I pay at least $90 a month
    Bank of America    - $6,750 @ 13 % - Jim's Card - I Pay at least $110 a mo.

Monthly expenses: $ 2655

I have over $2,745 left over to pay this loan a month. I plan to start putting more money in my 401k so it will be more around $2,000 left over a month to pay the Prosper Loan I hope to achieve.

Thank you for taking the time to view this. May God Bless
