Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am recently divorced with two beautiful daughters and am in the process of rebuilding after selling my house in a horrible market.I am very proud to say that although our variable interest loan nearly went through the roof , that we were still able to make the payments while it was on the market for nearly nine months and thus avioded foreclosure. I am interested in a loan to consolidate three credit cards, a carpet bill from the house we sold, and a personal loan. The carpet bill was a no interest/no payments offer that isn't due until Jan 2008. If this balance isn't paid in full before that I will get hit hard with interest dating back to mid 2006 when the carpet was purchased and installled. We put new carpet throughout to improve our chances of selling the house and planned to payoff the carpet bill through the sale of the house however the selling price kept dropping to keep in line with a tumbling market.
