Purpose of loan: I recently lost two of my biggest clients. This loan will provide a living for me while I seek out new clients. Both clients left unexpectedly due to - oddly enough - insufficient financing for their projects. I am hopeful that I will get new clients before I need to eat into this amount, so it will act as insurance if necessary. My financial situation: My credit isn't wonderful because I don't have much credit history. But, I do have a mortgage which I have never been late with and that is beginning to boost my score. Apart from a loan I have with my bank which I used for necessary denal work, I have never been in a position before to need things which help with credit, and I only have one credit card because that's all I need. I'm a damn good programmer and web developer...any new clients I get tend to stick around for quite a while. Monthly net income: $ 2,000 minimum, up to $3,000 lately. (I'm self employed on a contract basis so monthly is never the same amount, but I do have some long term contracts which make up my base guaranteed income) Monthly expenses: $ 1755 Housing: $ 550 Insurance: $ 25 (home) Car expenses: $ 50 Utilities: $ 230 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 200 Other expenses: $ 100 |
