Purpose of loan:
Importing a 40' container of home theater chairs. In the past we imported 20' containers on our dime and they sold extremely well on eBay.  By bringing in a 40' container, I'll save 40% on the shipping costs compared to 2 -20' containers.

My financial situation:
Since 2000, Miacom, Inc. is the foremost Ebay seller of Paper Shredders, Mahogany Exterior Doors and Home Theater Chairs. In 2006 we sold over $700,000 in merchandise. In 2007 we will beat this by 15%. We are Platinum Power Sellers and we're amongst the top 05% of sellers in the Business & Industrial Section of Ebay. . We own our own commercial building and 2 condo's. The one in Aventura is rented at $1400.00 per month and my wife and I live in the one at Doral Golf Resort, Florida. I have no late payments nor any derogatory items on my credit reports. Miacom's D&B rating is (1R2). Our credit score is better than 87% of businesses in the D&B database. As a business, we own a 7000 sq. ft. warehouse and lease 1350 sq. ft. for $1805.73 per month.

Monthly net income: $ 8800.00

Monthly expenses: $
  Housing: $ 2400.00 both condos
  Insurance: $700.00 auto and home
  Car expenses: $ 650.00 for the Buick
  Car gas: $ 240.00 for the Buick
  Utilities: $ 95 our condo
  Phone, cable, internet: $ 98 home phone
  Food:: $ 300
  Entertainment:: $ -0
  Clothing, household expenses $150
  Credit cards and other loans: $1400.00
  Other expenses: $ 75.00

Additional Notes:
My credit card debt is mainly due to business matters and it does get paid on time every month. In May my wife and I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave and that is the most we splurged on ourselves in the last 5 years. Having our own home theater, we spend $0 on entertainment.
