I was advised on the forum that a "D" with my cap is unlikely to fund, despite being "clean". Lenders suggested I list a loan for $1000 to increase chances to build credit. As I did, it lowered my cap further so I am listing at the lowest $ possible for the max rate. I know this is a business decision for you and my rate is not high but I hope you will consider me. I am determined to improve my finances and have a plan to do so. Consolidation is the first step. I'm mom to 2 and work FT at a company I have been with for almost 11 years. I also run a sales business of my own with AtHome America. I own my home with no mortgage. My 2 prior issues were med issues years ago that I fully paid. I'm not content with paying just minimums and have a snowball plan (a la Dave Ramsey) to pay debts off. Currently I take $10 a week from my pay plus a % of any extra I earn or am given and add it to my minimums on one debt. When paid off, that money is added to the minimum of the next debt. I want to do more and make it happen faster!
