Purpose for Loan? Consolidate debt and create reserve until I sell a second property. Who am I? I've been a self-employed consultant for the past 11 years and make good money. I'm frugal and don?t believe in spending frivolously. I?m not delinquent on any accounts. I typically don't take risks with my money and manage it very well. What do I plan to do with the loan? Use funds to consolidate debts while I'm waiting to sell my other house and allocate a portion for reserves to carry me through the sale of the second property. I plan on paying back the loan as soon as the property sells. Why is my DTI so high? I have two mortgages and a second on the house currently on the market, which is a home equity line of credit; thus, my revolving line of credit shows as being over $200K which skews my DTI. The home equity line was used to for the down payment on the second home I purchased. I recently secured an aggressive realtor who already has done a great job of showing the home and advertising it. There's been a lot of interest, so I?m remaining optimistic that it will sell soon! Until then, I?m hoping the folks at Prosper can help me out. Thanks for your consideration.
