Purpose for the loan: I am helping my niece go to college. She is a learning disabled student who has worked very hard to be accepted into Abraham Baldwin Agricultural college in Tifton Ga. She has received financial aid but is $1000 short for her tuition. My financial situation: I have been teaching for 12 years in Catholic and Lutheran schools. I have a BS in elementary education from the University of Central Florida. I have one 5 year old son who is entering kindergarten in the fall. I have a husband who shares and pays almost all financial obligations. (husband $3092 net) I will be using my husbands income to help me pay off this loan. The current delinquencies on my account are left over from a business my husband had in 2003 that did not make it. We are currently in negotiations as to paying these debts. I do my best to pay my bills on time and always try to send more than the minimum to pay off early. I plan on having this loan payment deducted from my checking account as well as pay off this loan early with some additional income I receive from coaching. I also coach cheerleading at my school which provides about an extra $800 to $1200 dollars as soon as school begins in August. I should be able to quickly pay off this loan with the extra income. |
