Hello and thank you. This loan is to fund our current home improvement project, a 13 yard concrete driveway and exterior trim paint for our 2200 square foot brick home built 1931. We have been living in our home for 2 years and have been doing a couple of bigger projects each year. Two of the monthly bills that I will list below were used to as 12 months same as cash with Home Depot and Lowes. Those bills will be paid off by September 2007. This will reduce our monthly credit expense by $600. Last year we remodeled our kitchen with new cabinets, countertop and tile work. With this loan, i have plenty of extra income to pay off the loan. It is difficult to pay one lump sum for each project to be done. The concrete driveway is estimated at $2,500 and the exterior Trim painting is estimated at $1,700. I do not want to liquidate our savings accounts to pay for projects. Since I have been paying bills, I have never once been late or past due on any payment. I strive for excellent credit so that one day when I need to make that big purchase, I will have the available credit to do so. I would appreciate any questions or comments in regards to my finances. Please feel free to email.Thank You Monthly net income: $4800 after taxes $74,000 + commissions($24,000). My wife's current income is an additional $29,000. I currently am a partner/owner of an insurance agency. I sell multiple lines of insurance. My wife is employed as an Office Supervisor with a non-profit organization.
