Purpose of loan: I've lived in Chicago for a while and NEVER drive my Xterra anywhere, I use the great public transist system here in Chicago. My truck just sits in a parking garage gets dirty and costs me money. I am requesting the pay-off amount for it, so I can pay the truck off and sell it to a priviate party. Its worth about $2k less than the pay-off. Once sold, I will save on the insuance, plates, parking, and maintaince. My financial situation: I have a great job in the renewable energy business and expect to be able to repay the majorty of this loan as soon as my truck is sold. I am just trying to get the most money out of the vehicle. Monthly net income: $ 3,900.00 Monthly expenses: $ 3,585 Housing: $ 1195 Insurance: $ 150 (will drop to $50 once truck is sold) Car expenses: $ 395 (will be eliminated once loan is funded) Utilities: $ 45 Phone, cable, internet: $ 200 Food, entertainment: $ 400 Clothing, household expenses $ 400 Credit cards and other loans: $ 600 (credit cards at about $12,000 and student loans) Other expenses: $ 200 (parking (will be eliminated once car is sold) |
