Purpose of loan: I want a loan to rebuild my credit. We just finished a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that we paid on faithfully for 3 years. It was discharged in March. Only 20% of Chapter 13 filers actually finish their plan, so I think that says something about us. It was a 100% replayment plan. The $4,000 will sit in my secondary bank account and be used to make the monthly payments on this loan. I want to show at least 2 years of good payments so I can hopefully buy another house. My financial situation: I work for the University of Utah in a medical clinic. I have a steady reliable job. I have been in the medical field for 5 1/2 years. My husband has a good job as a probation officer for 10 years. We are both in a good position. I will be a good risk because I have no debts. The bankruptcy paid them all off. Monthly net income: $ $1800 for me, $2460 for my husband for a total of $4260 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 650 Insurance: $ 155 Car expenses: $ 200 Utilities: $ 125 Phone, cable, internet: $ 220 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 200 Other expenses: $ 90 |
