My fiance and I have been together for over 3 years and want to purchase a house and get settled down. We really want to put our money to good use.

With this Prosper Loan I will divide the funds like this:

Credit Card = $2,750

Down Payment for House = $10,500

Furnishings and Appliances = $2,750 (we have some furniture already)

Cushion for Savings, Moving, and time before semester ends and salary increases = $2,500 (2 months)

Between my fiance and I we make a comfortable amount of money and going through school, both of us have learned how to budget, spend wisely, and live below our income.

The best part about it is that we both had scholarships and don?t really have any student loans to worry about. Plus, you can tell from my small amount of credit card balance that I?ve been responsible.

In fact, the DTI listed here on Prosper isn?t accurate because it doesn?t take into account my fiance or money I make on the side with tutoring and helping my brother in his various businesses. Plus my income will double in 2 months.

I want to get this loan to buy a comfortable house with equity and keep my monthly payments lower.

Monthly net income: $3,115 now,  Beginning September $4,795
Me - $1680                       After graduation, same position = $3,360
Wife-to-be - $1435

Monthly expenses: $ 1,710 (after home purchase $1,970)
Housing: $ 700 (new mortgage with taxes and insurance will be about $840)
Insurance: $ 100
Car expenses: $ 225
Utilities: $ 120 (after new house, add water, increase in electric = $240)
Phone, cable, Internet: $ 40
Food, entertainment: $ 200
Clothing, household expenses $ 100
Credit cards and other loans: $ 100
other expenses: $ 125

That leaves $1,405 for savings, miscellaneous expense, emergency, and most important paying back Prosper Loan.

After New Job = $2,825 in excess.

Thank you for your consideration of my loan request. As you can see by my financial situation I have been responsible while going through school on limited income for nearly 6 years.  I am a great investment and I appreciate your support.
