Purpose of loan: I would like to start with the minimum loan amount possible to prove to the Proper community that I am a trustworthy borrower with the hopes of obtaining future funding to consolidate high interest credit cards. My goal with the $1,500 is to payoff one credit card (Capital One - $1,450 @ 19.80%) and pay back the Prosper Loan in 14 months. From there I will tackle the next card (hopefully with another Prosper Loan) while meeting my monthly minimums. My financial situation: Job - I work as an Account Manager for a large bank and have done so for the last 5 years. I have not had any late payments in the last 2 years but my credit score suffers from a high revolving debt load. Debts ? Chase - $3,400 @ 29.99% Discover - $4,000 @ 28.99% Citibank - $3,100 @ 32.24% Associates -$4,700 @ 22.49% Target - $2,300 @ 18.74 % Cap One - $1,450 @ 19.80 % Monthly Bills Credit Cards - $ 700 Gym - $44.00 Cell Phone - $45.00 Parking - $90.00 Car & Insurance - $310 Housing - $0 (I currently live at home in an effort to pay off debt) Food & Bev - $150 401 (k) - $75 Total Bill Mo - $1,414.00 Monthly Pay - $ 2,380.00 As you can see I have $966 leftover a month to put towards Proper and other credit cards. |
