Purpose of loan: I am a group leader on prosper, and I will be using these funds to loan to other prosper listings within our group. In addition, I would like to understand the process of borrowing and what each borrower is required to submit. I have been lending since march, and started our group this month (July). My financial situation: Currenty, I am a home inspector in the Atlanta area. I have been inspecting for over 8 years, but have been a full time inspector for only 2 years. Prior to inspecting full time, I was the paint superentindant for a large automotive manufacturer. I am a good candidate for paying this loan off because its in my character, plain and simple. Currently, I contribute $300.00 per/month to lend to prosper borrowers, which is within the monthly payment of this loan. This 300 per/month will now go to paying the prosper loan off. There is no issue with paying this loan off.
