NET DISCRETIONARY INCOME = $1603 Per Month + Extra Shifts I am a Prosper lender and seek to consolidate debt. I have been
involved in the health-care profession for about a decade as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
and a Registered Nurse. I work as a travel nurse and specialize in the critical
care arena - ER and ICU. Recently, I graduated from law school with a
Juris Doctor degree; this was not an inexpensive endeavor and provides largely
the explanation of my current debt load. So far this year, I have grossed over $50,000 in wages. My employers SOS Nurses Service Corp. (9 mos.) click here, Star Nursing (3 yrs.), and Pro-tem
Personnel (8 yrs.) have good contracts with hospitals and I am never at a loss
for work. Generally, I work three+ 12-hour shifts per week, so I can easily increase my earnings by picking up an extra day or two per week.
As I look toward my family's future, I desire to
have ALL of my debt paid within the next 5 (five) years. My creditors
are charging as high as 32% (thirty-two percent), so I am seeking to pay a
more reasonable rate of interest and place about 1/2 (one-half) of my debt on a
fixed 3 (three) year repayment plan. My DTI was 35% prior to submitting this listing. This loan replaces existing debt so my DTI will remain approx. 35% and will NOT increase to 48%.My income source as an RN is secure. As a backup plan, I can readily transition into the legal profession since I successfully completed my law degree. My "C" credit rating would likely be a "B" but for the fact that the mortgage on my home is held by the Seller (a private-party) and not reported on any credit report; it is due to be paid off in 4 (four) years. Monthly Net Income: $ 6337 (includes $500 in rent) - Monthly expenses: $ 4734 (including all bills) There is not enough room to post all expenses, simply email me and I will be happy to forward the break down. |
