I appreciate those who bid on me before, however I wanted to withdraw my prior loan request to post more complete details about my finances.

Purpose of loan:
I will be using $11,000 of this loan to purchase a very reliable vehicle from the parents of one of my good friends. I have known his parents for many years and I know how well they take care of the vehicles they own. The vehicle is a 1998 Lincoln Navigator with a blue book value considerably higher than the asking price. I plan to use the remaining $5000 of this loan to pay off and consolidate higher interest revolving debt into this loan. I will also be selling my current vehicle that is worth approximately $7,500 and paying off a good portion of my remaining revolving debt with the proceeds from the sale.

My financial situation: I believe that I am a very good candidate for this loan as I stay current in all of my bills and I have set up this loan for automatic draft from my checking account. I am a 30 year old homeowner and I am employed full time as a stock financial analyst for an investment firm. My provable annual gross income from my full time job is $45,000 however I also have additional rental and investment income of $13,000 annually.  My debt to income ratio would be much lower if you take into account this additional income. Also note that the stated debt to income ratio by Prosper of 38% assumes I receive this loan request amount, prior to this Prosper calculates my DI ratio at 22% not including the $13,000 of additional income I mentioned above.  I always pay back my loans on time or early and I intend to make this one no different. Thank you for your interest and please feel free to ask me any questions.
