We will like to thank everyone who bid on our last listing for our mobile food service business operation, but unfortunately we did not reach our goal. We realized, along with the advice from others that in order to obtain necessary funding for our business, we will still need to build our credit. While in the process of doing so, we also seek to advance our current living condition while providing suitable space to consistently build our home business needs. We are asking for $5,000, to go towards the down payment on a, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an extended driveway, full size backyard, and a very fitting work space, so that we may continue in the development of our service operation. This house has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors on the main level, new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen, brand new sinks, medicine cabinets and mirrors in both bathrooms, new carpeting in the two downstairs bedroom, and fresh paint all throughout the home. I am seeking to increase my credit score, so that in one year, my credit will be raised enough, so that financing for the business will be at 100%. As I explained in my prior listing, my credit situation consists of one positive account in good standing, one negative account that has been removed, and one negative balance of $800.00 that is in the process of being removed due to the fact that this is a fraudulent charge. Our home consists of myself, my father, my sister, four brothers and two nieces, all who household income combined is enough to comfortably make the payments. I would also like to thank everyone again who bid on our last listing and we look forward to the same generosity towards this listing. |
