Purpose of loan: I will use this loan to reivest in Prosper. I have been investing in prosper for 7 months now. I have been impressed with the returns. I was planing on take about this much from my tax return to invest in prosper, then figured why wait?. I may also use part of it to pay off my smaller CC with a balance of $550, but since it has a 0% interest rate I may wait until just before its due. My financial situation: As you can see from my credit report I have paid everything back on time or early. My score is a little lower then I like because I keep switching CC to keep a 0% apr on them. ( usually I have to pay a transfer fee but that is it and its only once a year) My wife also works aloowing us to save a considerable amount in our 401k's (16% for me and 8% from her) Plus we are using sharebuilder to buy stocks and prosper as ways to save as well. I also bought my first house because it was a duplex and collect rent from it. Monthly net income: $ 5800- taxes and 401k's ~3500 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 900 Insurance: $ 150 Car expenses: $ 250 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 Food, entertainment: $ 500 Credit cards and other loans: $ 350 Other expenses: $ 450 Prosper: $ 100 total = $ 3000 so that will leave about $500 a month for other things that come up and to place into my saving's acount |
