Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. I am 38, a high school principal, and the mother of a beautiful little girl. I just separated after 17 years of marriage. During my move I took out several payday loans and ran up 2 credit cards. I desperately need help getting out of these payday loans. My credit rating is poor right now. This is the result of poor choices and trying to pay for a house that was above our means. I have truly learned a lesson and intend to rebuild my credit. I have been at my job for almost 8 years. I have moved from a substitute teacher all the way to a principal. You can see I strive to achieve. I would use this Prosper Loan to pay off the following: ACE cash express - $877.50 Cashnet USA - $1187.00 Ameriloan - $390.00 Orchard Bank (Visa) - $400 Orchard Bank (Mastercard) - $400 Purpose Loans - $ 950.90 Payday Loan Yes - $ 455 Total $ 4660.00 My current monthly income is $ 3200 and will increase August 3, 2007 to $4000 Here is my monthly budget with the Prosper Loan in place: 882 Rent 142 Auto/Renter?s Ins 200 Daycare 75 Phone 100 Elec/Gas 80.50 Life Ins 484 Car Payment 377 Furniture Rental 125 Cable Total Monthly Expenses $ 2465.50 excluding groceries As you can see, I have over $ 734.50 (1534.50 after August 3, 2007) left over to be used, not only for my Prosper Payment, but for savings and emergencies so that I never get into this situation again. I can begin to live a normal life free from the stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have learned my lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact, I am going to have Prosper automatically withdraw my payments each month so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time.
