My background: In 2001, I graduated from Rhodes College with a major in business & economics. About a year after college I took a job as the 7th employee with a start up software firm in Atlanta, Ga. Fast forward 3 years and we are now an organization of 25. I am also currently Vice President of our Client Service group. To complicate matters, I am also finishing my MBA at Georgia State University. Both endeavors are ultimately very rewarding, but also very demanding of my time. If you are so inclined, you can read my professional biography by going to www.evestment.com and clicking on the ?About eA?, then ?Team? sub-navigation tab. This loan: I plan to use this loan to pay for my last semester of graduate school. I have enough in the bank to pay for it out of pocket, but I am trying to build my profile and history with the site. I am fascinated with the idea behind Prosper and anxious to take part in the processes. When using the static metrics used to measure risk when lending money, I might not be an attractive borrower to institutions. However, I graduated from a prestigious liberal arts school in 4 years and have held a job where I was consistently promoted and given raises for 3 years. I think I am the exact reason why there is more to the story sometimes. Anyway, thank you in advance for your time and interest. -Matt |
