Purpose of loan: In Jan. of 2007 I had to have emergency eye operation which required three months of limited eye use to fully recover. Beining self-employed this caused a financial hardship in my cash flow. Although I have account receivables in the amount of $6,000 that will be payed, to me, within the next 30 days, I need to become current with my mortgage payment, ($7550)ASAP, which is two months in the arrears. My financial situation: I have never been late, except with this mortgage payment, and have stayed current with all my other responsibilities. I have a new contract that will net me about $5,000 more per month added to my net income of at least $6,000 per month. This contract will initiate in August of 2007, or sooner. Annual income: By Business, not including the new contract).....$72,000 Husbands Government Retirement Annunity......$28,000 Assets Single family detached colonial, 10 years old. Exisiting mortgage of $520,000. Last appraisal (April 2005) ...... $650,000 Automobile: 2006 Gran Prix, fully loaded....$25,000 Household furniture, jewlry, etc..................$50,000 Insurance...................................................$20,000 Monthly expenses: $ 4,550.00 Housing: $ 3,300.00 Insurance: $ Included in payment listed above Car expenses: $ 616.00 Utilities: $ Husbands responsibility Phone, cable, internet: $ Husband's responsibility Food, entertainment: $ Husband's responsibility Clothing, household expenses $ 200.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 250.00 Other expenses: $ N/A With my current income, as it stands now, along with my husband's retirement annunity, from the Federal Government, paying back a loan of $6000 would not create a financial hardship, at all. Infact the payment to repay any loan would automatically be withdrawn from my own personal checking account. Thank you. |
