PROVEN PROSPER TRACK RECORD!

I am NOT a "D" credit rating!!!  I've provided documentation to my Group leader directly from Experian's MyFicoScore.com that, as of 6/25, my credit score is 681, NOT between 600-630, as the Prosper site shows.  I've been watching my credit score for YEARS and it's not been that low, EVER.  I am willing to share this information with ANYONE who wants to see it.   My Prosper Credit rating should show as a "B", NOT a "D".

Purpose of loan:
I'm a returning borrower who realizes the power of Prosper and have decided now is the time to pay off all those high interest credit cards!  The idea that I can pay them off in 3 years or less with basically the same amount going out each month is astonishing!  I'm also saving for my daughter's wedding next Spring.

My financial situation:
I have NO lates on ANYTHING, not even my utility bills.  I make paying my bills a TOP priority!
I've been married for almost 7 years and have been carrying us, credit-wise, because my husband went through a nasty divorce which left his credit in ruins which is why the debt to income ratio is high.  I've bought 3 houses, several cars, etc and never had a late payment on ANYTHING.  I was laid off in June of last year from my job of over 14 years and went through about 6 months of tough times but landed the job of my dreams in May at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and am on my way to getting things back in order.  Even during the time I was laid off, I never missed a payment or was even late.... EVER!   When I got laid off, we had to rely on the credit cards a little more than we wanted to and now, with my daughter's wedding coming up, we want desperately to be out from underneath the cards.  Can I handle a Prosper loan?  Well, first off, I've already successfully borrowed and paid back a Prosper loan already.... in 3 months.  I just started doing the math and I've been paying on some of these cards for so long and not making any dents.  I can pay about the same amount each month (because I never pay just the minimum) and pay them all off in 3 years or less.  Who WOULDN'T go this route?

Monthly Household Expenses:
Mortgage: $1900 (+ $350 rental property mortgage payment)
Insurance: $150
Car expenses: $500
Utilities: $300
Phone, cable, internet: $150
Food, entertainment: $500
Clothing, household expenses $100
Credit cards and other loan payments: $700
---------------------------------------
Total monthly expenses: $4650
My current monthly income is approximately $4500 alone (including rental property income of $540 and side business as a real estate escrow transaction coordinator).  The monthly household expenses is a shared expense since my husband is a contributor to these costs.  Although I'm not taking my husband's income into consideration for this loan, his monthly contribution to the household bills is approximately $2800 so you can cleaerly see there is enough household income to take care of everything.  Thanks for your consideration, you won't be sorry.
