Purpose of loan: I am starting a new career as a Realtor and Mortgage Consultant. I have 20 plus years of business experience. My background includes 15 years in the insurance industry as an agent, manager and senior underwriter. I have 8 years of experience in the banking industry. My goal is to become more independent and take more control of my life. This is the last career change of my life and I am very interested in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. I feel that my insurance and banking experience will prove to be very beneficial in my new venture. I saved some money to start my new career which has been used for start up costs. This loan will help me pay my personal expenses and also business expenses such as marketing for a few months. I know with my tenacity, hard work and business savvy, I will definitely succeed and be able to pay the loan off in full. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I previously owned a home for 10 years, but sold my home when I decided to work for the State of California. I needed to be closer to downtown Sacramento. For 3 1/2 years I promoted Volunteerism in California and helping communities become better prepared for Disasters and Emergencies. I have always worked very hard and long hours, while working my way through college. I used to have perfect credit, however, life throws some curves occassionally.
